Dry Tea Leaf:

Appearance: Dry tea leaves are rolled well which embodies shades of green tending towards the deeper side. Presence of silver tips is noted.

Fragrance: Dry leaves have pleasing fragrance of freshly made tea leaves.


Liquor:

Appearance: Clear and bright shades of light sparkling light lemon.

Fragrance: This tea has a typical first flush fragrance analogous to a classic first flush Darjeeling tea.

Flavour: The liquor is smooth with pleasant astringent taste comparable to a typical classic Darjeeling first flush tea. Pleasant tastes of nuts and tenuous taste of areaca felt as we sip, which ebbs and covers the olfactory into sweet honey like lingering aftertaste with whispers of delicate taste of tropical fruits.

Margaret's Hope formerly known as Bara Rington, is a tea estate located in the northern valley of Kurseong of the Darjeeling disctrict. The elevation of the garden is 2800feet to 5500feet. Moonlight is their signature production.

They are known to produce one of the best china cultivars and tops the chart as the best AV2 tea producer of the region.

I like it very much, but it requires good water and precise temperature for brewing. It has a soft taste and makes a very pleasant aftertaste! Perhaps it is the best 2nd flush Darjeeling which I have ever tried.
