Description: Freshly made teas always taste better and so is with this tea, especially if it is made from a high altitude tea estate in Darjeeling with the likes of Jungpana which is presently well managed by the Kejriwal Family. This Premium Darjeeling first flush teas are full of tips which are covered with blooming silver tips which collectively makes the it full of freshness. A mixture of fresh musk like taste, intermingling with subtle fresh flowers and occasional hints of fruit like taste make this tea a must try for any first flush tea lover.
Liquor: Light lemony colour is got from 3½ minutes of steeping at 85ºC (185ºF) which tasted fresh, with subtle floral flavours. A good second infusion was got at 4 minutes of steeping at the same temperature.
Steeping Advised: A 2.5gm to 3gm of tea leaves for a cup of 200ml water is advised which is brought to a temperature of around 85ºC (185ºF) and steeped for 3½ minutes.
